I was tired of constantly buying ink cartridges [I have to run tons of copies as teachers are only allowed 400 copies per month at my current school]. So far, I am very glad I invested in a HL5450 DN. It prints quickly, economically [comparitively at least], & I really like the duplex feature. If you need a good high use printer for home/office, this seems to be a good one.

This printer easily connects to a wireless router to give both ethernet and wireless network connections to desktops and mobile computers. It also has a very low power sleep state so it can stay on all the time, ready to print from many sources. Printing is crisp, fast and the duplex option works well. I assume that the quality will last for many years, just as my other Brother printers have. I had some difficulty with an iPad finding the printer, but once a connection was found, Airprint worked flawlessly thereafter. This problem may not have been the printer's fault.
