This printer would be awesome if the wireless feature was easier to set-up and use. I contacted customer service and no one could help me either. I wasted about an hour of my time. I use it by manually plugging in via usb port. I would not recommend this printer to others looking for a wireless connection or color printing. I would in any other case because it's fast and never jams.

I HAVE HAD THIS PRINTER FOR 2 .5 WEEKS SO FAR , ITS BEEN GOOD TO WORK WITH. I NEEDED A LITTLE HELP WITH INSTALLING THE DRIVERS. (JUST ME NEEDING HELP). OTHER THAN THAT NO PROBLEMS TO REPORT.
