    Scanncutcm100dm
I really haven't had a chance to use this too much. This was a Christmas present I had wanted for a long time. I mostly like how easy it is to use and the directions in the manual are easy to follow. My next project will be to download monograms from my computer.

    A dream come true
Finally got a Scan N Cut after eyeing it for over a year. Love it. Have not cut fabric with it yet, but intend to use it to cut applique patterns for my machine embroidery. Did use it to make some Christmas gifts using vinyl and card stock for ornaments. I knew I would love it when I first saw it. Being able to scan the material into the background to see where to cut your design let's you use up every bit of the paper/fabric.

    Great Purchase
I was looking for a machine to help cut my quilting fabric and found the CM550DX ScanNCut machine. I went ahead and bought it. It was the greatest purchase I made. I loved the fact that you can cut perfect Quilting squares, Triangles or whatever shape you need to quilt with. I went ahead and purchased the 12 x 24 inch matte and am now able to cut larger quantities and sizes of fabric quilt blocks/patterns needed. Greatest Purchase in my quilting hobby.

I Love my Scan and Cut!!
I was very unsure after I purchased my machine, I mostly use it to paper craft, and was having problems getting it to cut out some of my stamped designs. I went online and watched a few you tube video's and was able to find a tutorial on how to make it work for me. I don't know what I would do with out it now!! I have completed projects in half the time. Thank you Brothers for such an awesome machine!

    So far, so good ...
I haven't had a chance to, really, use it, yet; however, I did set it up, Bluetooth, and all, without any, real, problems. It was very easy to do; and the directions were easy to follow. The directions for connecting the iPad, and computer, though, were a little confusing; however, I eventually, figured it all out. The wording, on the paper instructions that came with the machine, also, need to be larger; especially, for older people, or people with vision problems. I did complete a test cut; ... read more and it went very smoothly. Yes, so far, I love the ScanNCut2 ... and am very happy with my Christmas gift, that I bought, for myself. LOL

Love the Scan N Cut for quilting
This saves me so much time. I don't have to cut the appliques for my machine quilting anymore. Just use the tack down stitch on my design. Pull that out with my PE Design & send to my Scan N Cut. Load the mat with my fabric & cut as many appliques of the same or different designs at once. Done. On to sewing down & quilt is done in half the time. LOVE LOVE this machine.

    great purchase
However I'm still learning how to cut. I purchased it mostly to cut fabric shapes that I can scan. I've tried to get the scan n cut canvas people to recognize me but they don't like any email or password I've given them and they will not contact me. I'm a retail fabric store and would like to sell these when I get successful at cutting fabric.

    sNc2: the best $ spent!
sNc2 has been the best money we ever spent. I rec'd this as my Christmas gift and I've not stopped using it daily. I am a paper crafter & gave up detailed & fussy cutting a few years back due to visual issues. The sNc now has become my third eye, allowing me to do things I never thought possible. I'm loving the Canvas program as I can design on there, on my big computer screen, save to a thumb drive and then have the sNc do the actual work for me. I am looking forward to the drawing feature ... read more as I got the universal pen holder -- and I am so thankful to Brother for the updates, and the wonderful support team they have for us. I've called twice for assorted questions and right away got a human!!! And then the answer explained to me in such a way I could hang up and go create. THANK YOU BROTHER!!!

    Still Learning
I bought this to cut out stamped images and I have managed to learn to do this. A friend is a Brother Scan'n'Cut pro and she has been nice enough to show more of what it can do, but haven't been done a lot more with it. Don't regret buying it.
