Instructions for setting up and using files don't seem to exist. Or if they are there difficult to find. Perhaps it is my age but it doesn't seem to be anything like I envisioned.

I HAVE FOUND THE USE OF THIS DEVICE A GREAT HELP IN KEEPING COPIES OF THOSE MONTHLY STATEMENTS, YES YOU CAN GO ONLINE TO SEE THEM BUT SO MANY SITES TO USE, ITS OVERWHELMING. THIS DEVICE ALLOWS ME THE SECURITY OF KNOWING I HAVE THEM BUT I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO ORGANIZE THEM, THAT IS ONE THING THE COMPANY LACKS IS REACHING OUT WITH QUESTIONS, LIKE IS IT WORKING FOR YOU, I HAVE REGISTERED MY PRODUCT BUT THEY HAVE NEVER CONTACTED ME. ALSO I CAN NOW SHRED ALL THOSE STATEMENTS AND OTHER THINGS I SCAN

Great Product TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The scanner is great! The software is easy to customize to your needs and operate. I did have some issue when changing out my router. I went through all of the trouble shooting that was online and in the book, they did not work. Spent 45 min on hold with tech support for them to email me the same information that I had already gone through. I asked the operator on the line if he could give me tech support, after all that's who I called. He said "no, the only thing we can do is send you trouble shooting information." Waist of time! I figured it out myself without the trouble shooting information.
