I know allot of scanners can scan a document, but what I like about this scanner is the software. I have found the software very easy to use. I like the ease of placing the documents where I need them. I have found that you do not need a degree in computer engineering to make this thing work. The small footprint of the printer means it fits out of the way on my desk. This is a very good desktop scanner. Great job.

Ease of use is amazing, I am so glad I purchased this for my work. I am a Registrar at an Elementary/Middle school and I have to send records for students to other schools. This has made my job much easier.
