I use paperport 14 and previously used an Epson Workforce Scanner. We scan documents to a shared drive and previously, I was able to view the scanned documents on the shared drive from my computer. Not so with this scanner. Customer Service told me that only the person with administrative rights can see the scanned document. In other words, since my computer is not hooked up directly to this scanner, I can not see the PDF documents. I returned scanner because of this obivous problem.

I was excited when I unpacked this Brother ADS-2000 scanner I bought from newegg. For an hour now I cannot get the driver to install however on a Windows 7 64-bit OS laptop. I keep getting error DIFxDriverInstallPackage Error = 10 and it exits. Very frustrated. I even downloaded the latest drivers from the Brother website. Did not help. Would be great if someone could solve this problem, but I will probably just return the scanner to newegg. Horrible product.
