I just want to take a minute and rave about your employee, Kenetra.  I called for help with the software part of setting up my new brother MFC-J875DW, and was transferred to her.

 

I found Kenetra to be respectful, intelligent, and a great communicator.  She helped me in a matter of minutes with the process of setting up my computer to interface with my printer via wi-fi.  She was very patient, and so knowledgeable that I felt confident in her abilities immediately.  Even though she was imminently professional and we stayed focused on the task at hand, I also felt a personal connection with her that made me thankful to be doing business with your company.

I just wanted to drop you note. I have been having major problems with my printer for the last month. Today I called and spoke with Kenetra. I have to say it was the best customer service experience I have ever received over the phone. She handled the call professionally and is very well versed in computers and printers. She was very patient with me as I am computer illiterate.

I am writing to let you know of the excellent service I received yesterday from your representative Jennifer.
 
When I called your office I was very frustrated because my printer had stopped working for me.  Luckily for me, Jennifer answered the phone.  She was extremely patient and kind, just at a time when I needed to hear a kind voice.   I was glad I was not greeted with indifference, which is so often the case.  Jennifer seemed genuinely concerned and was able to get the problem solved.  As it turned out, I had to purchase a new toner cartridge.  Jennifer was even able to tell me where I could go to purchase the toner.  I did purchase the toner and when I installed it the
problem was solved.  The printer works beautifully at this time.  Jennifer had assured me that I could call back if I had further problems, but I had no other problems after following her instructions.
