just wanted to write to you and let you know how wonderful Christina is!
She was so kind and confident and helpful yesterday, I never encounter people
like this anymore in my day to day activities sadly! She is a wonderful
employee and Brother is lucky to have her. She is an example to everyone.
If more people conducted themselves such as Christina in terms of knowing her
job and customer service there would be fewer problems in day to day life.
I just wanted to write about the customer service experience I
just had with Rynetta. More often than not these days, customer service leaves something
to be desired. It is also rare that I write about a customer service issue.
My experience with Rynetta, her depth of knowledge and patience in
resolving my issue was outstanding.
It is service like this that will make a long lasting impression
on the service that comes with a Brother product.

I had such stellar experience with Brother. The
way everything was handled is amazing. From beginning to end it was
