I just wanted to write about the customer service experience I
just had with Rynetta. More often than not these days, customer service leaves something
to be desired. It is also rare that I write about a customer service issue.
My experience with Rynetta, her depth of knowledge and patience in
resolving my issue was outstanding.
It is service like this that will make a long lasting impression
on the service that comes with a Brother product.
It’s a pleasure to know that companies besides Apple place a value
on customer service and hopefully recognize the value in building long term

I had such stellar experience with Brother. The
way everything was handled is amazing. From beginning to end it was
wonderful. I will buy more Brother products. The agent was polite
and did not rush me off the phone.

Jingo quickly diagnosed the problem with my Brother
MFCJ470DW. He should be commended for being very efficient and
knowledgeable in the technical aspects of the machine and software. Most

I am extremely pleased with the customer service and product
knowledge that I experienced yesterday while dealing with your Representative
Megan went step by step with me to diagnose my problem and took
time to explain what she was doing. She was very pleasant and wanted to be sure
that I understood what may be the issue. It was nice to know that there are
still a few people out there that seem to care about their job and their
recognize her for a good job done and making a loyal Brother Representative for
her the Customers to remain Customers.

I just got off the phone with your
customer service representative named Jasmine. We just purchased the
Brother MFC-8710DW last week and it wouldn’t print. She was the most
helpful, respectful, and courteous customer service representative I have ever
dealt with. She deserves a promotion or whatever process you have in place for
your company to reward her for her efforts!
