I have been having difficulty getting WiFi access to my Brother printer. A young woman by the name of Tamara came to my rescue.  She was patient, understanding, and so very helpful and even asked to stay on the line so that I could make sure that the printer was functioning well.  It is so rare these days to actually find a company that truly understands what exceptional customer service is all about.  I am impressed with the quality of the employees you have there and I just wanted you to know just how special an individual such as Tamara is.  I hope your fall season is the best ever.

I just wanted to write to you and let you know how wonderful Christina is!  She was so kind and confident and helpful yesterday, I never encounter people like this anymore in my day to day activities sadly!  She is a wonderful employee and Brother is lucky to have her. She is an example to everyone.  If more people conducted themselves such as Christina in terms of knowing her job and customer service there would be fewer problems in day to day life.
