The Brother Retirement Plan allows employees to immediately participate in the 401(k)
portion of the Plan, made all the more attractive by the Company’s match feature.
Employees will be eligible for the discretionary profit sharing portion of the Plan,
after one year of employment. The Retirement Plan offers numerous mutual fund investment
options ranging from a conservative stable value fund through domestic and international
equity investments, including a selection of lifecycle options. Our plan has all
the convenient features such as on-line and phone account access, on-line statements,
loan availability, daily market updates and retirement planning calculators.

drug and vision coverage, a PPO dental plan as well as Flexible Spending Accounts.
Our employees can select the health plan options that are right for them and their
families. Our employees are eligible for benefits the 1st of the month following
30 days of continuous full time employment.

Employees have the option of contributing their portion of the cost of medical and
dental benefits with pre-tax dollars. In addition, Brother provides the opportunity

If you become disabled as a result of an injury or illness, Brother provides sick
leave, workers compensation, and disability coverage to assist you. Brother also
provides life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage. You may
voluntarily increase your own life insurance or purchase life insurance for your
spouse and/or dependents utilizing group rates for competitive premiums.
Everyone needs time away from the job for rest and relaxation. Brother provides
eleven paid holidays. Vacation time is earned based on your years of service. The
company also offers three personal days per year and the ability to earn one Community
Service Day per year. You begin accruing vacation and personal time from your first
day of employment.
