The Brother QL-570VM Visitor Badge & Management Kit is a complete badge solution that puts timely visitor log-in, professional badge creation, and efficient report generation within the reach of practically any organization - when used with a PC.

If you are still using a paper log to track visitors, and need a better way to manage your entry/exit data – this could be the right solution for you. The robust software provides templates to create and print badges as well as the database program to recall, store and query visitor records. The included P-touch® Editor software extends the design capabilities, enabling customers to import logos and other graphics for truly custom badges.

Offers two check-in modes: Reception mode - for assisted check-in used by most organizations, and Self Check-in mode – ideal for trade shows and events.

Includes Brother QL-570 label printer, Visitor Management and P-touch® Editor software, 2 rolls of non-adhesive badge stock, plus 12 badge holders and lanyards. (Additional badge holders and lanyards can be purchased at various office superstore locations).

In addition to printing visitor badges, the Brother QL-570 can also print a wide variety of other pre-sized, self-adhesive DK labels and tapes - up to 2.4” wide** - for general office use, when used with the P-touch® Editor software.
