Brother™ P-touch EDGE® handheld label makers are rugged, reliable devices that print durable, laminated serialized and barcode labels up to 24mm wide on demand; models are available that allow you to download and store data from common databases for use in labels printed in the field.

Desktop solutions for office and property-room use.

The PT-9700PC and PT-9800PCN desktop label printers allow you to print durable, laminated asset tags, equipment labels, office shelf labels and more with high-resolution text, barcodes and graphics up to 36mm wide on demand from PCs. These models also can print directly from many scanners and other devices without a PC.

Interchangeable tape cassettes.

Labels are produced from easy-swap TZ and TZe tape cassettes that allow you to change colors, sizes, and adhesive types in seconds. Since the cassettes are interchangeable in all Brother™ P-touch® and P-touch EDGE® labeler models that accept the same maximum tape width, the same TZ and TZe tapes you may already be using in your department for general all-purpose office labeling with other TZ and TZe-compatible P-touch® labelers can also be used in these devices.

TZ and TZe tapes are available in a wide array of colors, and in widths from 3.5mm up to 36mm. A variety of adhesive types are available as well: Standard – for flat, smooth surfaces; Extra-strength, for rough textured surfaces; Flexible ID, for wrapping and flagging wires and cables, and for rounded items; and Tamper-evident, that leaves a permanent tell-tale pattern if the label is repositioned or removed.
