TO ENTER You can enter on-line between
November 1, 1999 and December 31, 2008. To be eligible, your entry must include
your E-Mail address, name, mailing address, city, state, and zip code. Entry is
limited to one per person/E-Mail address per month. All entries become the sole
property of Brother and will not be returned. Multiple entries in the same month
from the same person or E-Mail address will not be accepted. Late, lost, delayed,
illegible, or incomplete entries will not be considered. Brother and its agents
are not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost
or unavailable network connection, or failed, incomplete, delayed, or disconfigured
data transmissions that may affect registrant's ability to participate in the sweepstakes.
Brother reserves the rights to change or terminate this sweepstakes without notice. |

DRAWING: One drawing will be conducted
for a given month, on the first business day of each month, beginning November 1,
1999. All entries must be received between 12:00 AM EST on the first day of an eligible
month and 11:59 PM EST on the last day of that month, and a random drawing from
all eligible entries for that month will be conducted on or about the first business
day of the following month. Limit one prize per person or E-Mail address in each
calendar year. Winners will be selected randomly through the use of a computer program.
All determinations are final, irrevocable, and binding. Odds of winning will vary
based upon the number of eligible entries. By their participation, all entrants
agree to be bound by, and comply with, these Official Sweepstakes Rules. Brother
and its agents are not responsible for any delays or damage to submissions of any
kind, which may affect any entrant’s ability to participate in the sweepstakes.
Brother reserves the right to change, replace or terminate this sweepstakes or the
prize without notice, subject to applicable laws and these Official Sweepstakes
Rules. Any winner who fails to comply with these Official Sweepstakes Rules, or
is otherwise ineligible, may be disqualified and a substitute winner may be selected.
The winner will be notified by electronic mail. Winner may be required to sign an
affidavit of eligibility and a publicity/liability release and provide Brother with
his/her tax id number for tax purposes, and return it within 14 days of the date
indicated on the notification, otherwise the prize will be forfeited and awarded
to a substitute. If prize notification is returned undelivered/undeliverable for
any reason, prize will be awarded to a substitute. By accepting a prize, each winner
agrees to the use of his/her name accompanied by city and state of residence in
any promotional displays or activities related to this sweepstakes without any additional
compensation, except where prohibited. By accepting a prize, each winner agrees
to be responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes incurred. By accepting
a prize, each winner agrees to hold Brother, its agents, affiliates, and subsidiaries
harmless for all claims (including, but not limited to warranty claims and injuries
to persons and property), and further to release the same from any and all liability
for injuries and/or damages sustained as a result of the prize. Prizes will be delivered
to the address first provided by the registrant in the contest entry form and no
substitutions for prizes will be permitted except as provided herein. Brother reserves
the right to change or replace prize elements.
The use of any automated launching or entry software or any other mechanical or
electronic means that permits the entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited.
If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection
by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical
failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Brother which corrupt or affect
the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes,
Brother reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who
tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the
Sweepstakes. Brother shall not be responsible for any problems or technical malfunction
of any computer system, server, service providers, computer equipment, software,
failure of any entry to be received by Brother on account of technical problems,
human error or traffic congestion or any combination thereof, including any injury
or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer equipment relating to or resulting
from participation in this Sweepstakes. All entries will be deemed submitted by
the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry.
The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Brother International Corporation, Bridgewater,
NJ. The personal information you submit when you enter the Sweepstakes is collected
by the Sponsor and will be subject to the privacy policy located at www.brother-usa.com or

PRIZE One winner from each monthly
sweepstakes will receive the prize identified on this web site as the prize for
that month. The prize must be accepted as awarded and no substitutions can be made.
It is the responsibility of the winner to pay any and all taxes associated with
their acceptance of the prize. Allow thirty days for delivery. |

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to legal
residents of the Continental United States 21 years of age and older. Employees
of Brother and its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, dealers and members of their
immediate families are not eligible to enter. Subject to all federal, state, and
local laws and regulations. Void where taxed, prohibited, or otherwise restricted
by law. Late, lost, delayed, illegible, or incomplete entries will not be eligible. |

the current calendar year will be available only on this web site until January
15 of the following calendar year or until the sweepstakes ends; whichever is earlier.
