A Great Machine! I LOVE IT!!!!
This is a wonderful machine! I love everything I have been able to make with it. of all, I DO NOT always HAVE TO BE CONNECTED TO A COMPUTER AND INTERNET to use it. This is agree feature. I just cannot say enough good things about it. Very easy to learn and use. This is a really powerful machine that I would recommend to someone looking to buy a cutting machine to cut their own designs, stamped images, downloaded SVG files, or printed images. With this machine's free software you ... read more can truly design and alter images. It does more than resize and weld. You can actually make real changes to shapes. I am so happy I own one! This has been one of my greatest crafting machine purchases I have ever made!

Top Quality and Lots of fun
I am having so much fun learning about my new Scan N Cut CM650W from Brother. As usual Brother has produced a quality product that is head and shoulders ahead of the competition. It is easy to use, very intuitive, with many great video's to help as well. I especially enjoy Julie Fei-Fan Balzer's video's, she is such fun to watch, and seems to know EVEYTHING about the Scan N Cut. I would encourage anyone who is shopping for a die cutting machine to be sure and check out the Brother Scan N Cut ... read more at their local craft shop or distributor (depending on the model) before making a purchase. They won't be sorry they did.

    My new ScanNCut
After comparing digital cutters, decision made to purchase this Brother product. Since I have a Brother sewing machine, I bought my ScanNCut from that same dealer. Happily there was a promotion from Brother at the time. The dealer will provide instruction and support for this very versatile machine. My granddaughters and I will share it. It will be used for school projects and bulletin boards for my granddaughter who begins student teaching soon. I will primarily use it with fabric for ... read more quilting and sewing. We are definitely on a learning curve but the multiple Brother tutorials have been helpful.

    A dream come true
Finally got a Scan N Cut after eyeing it for over a year. Love it. Have not cut fabric with it yet, but intend to use it to cut applique patterns for my machine embroidery. Did use it to make some Christmas gifts using vinyl and card stock for ornaments. I knew I would love it when I first saw it. Being able to scan the material into the background to see where to cut your design let's you use up every bit of the paper/fabric.

    so far
I was so excited to get this machine, but SO FAR, I have made a mess of the tacky sheets, and I think there should be more how to explanations in the manual. It did not come with a scanning sheet for photos and such, and SO FAR I have not attempted anything like that. I did cut out some card stock and it was good, but I have to go online and search for how to videos, maybe an idea book would be great for this machine. I am still learning, SO FAR SO GOOD>

    Having such fun.
My ScanNCut sat in it's box for 2 years. When I finally removed it from the box, I couldn't understand why it had taken me so long to use it. It is user friendly, does so many different types of things, and assists me in the cutting of my applique fabrics for embroidery. I'm just crazy about it!
