    so far
I was so excited to get this machine, but SO FAR, I have made a mess of the tacky sheets, and I think there should be more how to explanations in the manual. It did not come with a scanning sheet for photos and such, and SO FAR I have not attempted anything like that. I did cut out some card stock and it was good, but I have to go online and search for how to videos, maybe an idea book would be great for this machine. I am still learning, SO FAR SO GOOD>

    So much Fun
Not great at reading I've been picking the brain of the demonstrators. Slowly but surely it's coming together, and I feel I have a good understanding of its workings! Upgrading files is easy, and the results are fantastic. LOVE LOVE LOVE my Scan n Cut for quilting.

    Limitless Possibilities!
While I have only just started "playing" with this wonderful ScanNCut 550, I can imagine the possibilities in many applications. It cuts well and I love the fact that when I resize a built in pattern it will adjust each piece of the pattern's elements at the same time. Also being able to do one measurement at a time in some cases is valuable also. Being able to apply a new tacky spray to the mats is very helpful after using it for several projects. Love this machine!

    Love this machine
I have never used a die cut machine and find the Brother CM350 amazingly easy to use. So easy in fact, that I'm well on my way making wedding invitations for my daughter, which are absolutely beautiful. My only issue is that the blades and blade holders fit inconsistently making it difficult to determine settings. Also, the machine vibrates so much that the blade setting changes by an entire number. Otherwise, I love this machine and can't wait to come up with more projects.

    Fantastic machine
This machine is amazing and I am only beginning to realize all it can do. Because it is capable of carrying out many functions it is not a simple process to learn how to use it. There are many excellent videos but, no place simply identified each icon one comes across on the screen. I watched Julie FeiFan Blazar so much in the first two weeks I expected to see her at the dinner table. I'm still learning and am not as frustrated as I was to begin with. It takes practice, patience and ... read more experimentation to master, but worth the effort.

    What a fun machine!
I have had so much fun with this machine. I have made some of the neatest cards ever and some very elegant scrapbook pages.Even my friends and family have noticed a difference in the style and quality of my work. I have a friend that comes over every week to scrap with me and she uses it every time she comes over now as well! Thank you Brother for the scan and cut!

    Love it
I purchased my CM650W so I could cut appliqués for embroidery designs. Every cut was perfect and a Christmas bags for my grandkids look great. Hoping to make lots of beautiful things using my ScanNCut.

Cuts multiple items in direct cut.
Overall I like this machine. I have had a couple of issues. The square that adds white space around the item to be cut is off set and has to be pushed in the upper right corner. The scanner does not always read the item to be cut. The mats loose their stickiness more quickly than expected and are expensive to replace. However, most of the time I am very pleased with the results and is saving me money by reducing the number of dies I need to purchase. I am mainly a card maker.

    great purchase
However I'm still learning how to cut. I purchased it mostly to cut fabric shapes that I can scan. I've tried to get the scan n cut canvas people to recognize me but they don't like any email or password I've given them and they will not contact me. I'm a retail fabric store and would like to sell these when I get successful at cutting fabric.
