Get to know your printer driver settings to produce professional results

Whether you're creating a brochure or business card with Brother CreativeCenter, getting the best results with your Brother printer is just as important.

After creating your marketing materials, you will want to double check your printer driver settings prior to printing from your Brother machine.

  • BROCHURES & MAILERS

    • When you're ready to print from the CreativeCenter editing software, make sure you check your printer driver settings prior to printing your brochure or mailer for optimum results. Here's how!

From the editing software, do the following:
      1. Click Print, then Print document; a generic print screen appears.
      2. Scroll down and click on "Print using system dialog..." text. Your printer selection window appears.
      3. Click the Preferences button to check your driver settings. (*Driver settings may differ depending on whether your printer is color laser or color inkjet machine.)
      4. Choose the correct Media Type especially if printing on specialty paper.
      5. Choose your Print Quality. Select Better/Fine if your brochure contains photos.
      6. Confirm your Paper Size.
      7. Confirm your paper Orientation.
