1. Look at the LCD and
read ALL the lines of the message currently on the display. Be sure to
read the entire scrolling message. (Ex: Toner Low. Prepare New Black Toner

If the Toner Low
message no longer appears, the issue is resolved.
If the Toner Low
message continues to appear, the machine has a one
year limited on-site warranty.
