How do I clear th emessage "Print Unable 0A" or "Machine Error 0A"?

The message "Print Unable 0A" or "Machine Error 0A" will appear on the display if there is a mechanical malfunction of the Brother machine.

 

1.  Press and hold down the power key to turn the machine off.

 

 

 

2.  Unplug the power cord from the back of the machine.

 

3.  Wait approximately 30 seconds. Plug the power cord back into the machine.

 

4.  Press and hold down the power key to turn the machine on.

 

 

 

- If the machine displays "Ready", the issue is resolved.

 

- If the message "Print Unable 0A" or "Machine Error 0A" appears on the LCD and your machine is within warranty, you can locate a Brother Authorized Service Center (ASC) in your area by clicking on the link below:
