The Brother Refresh EZ Print Subscription Service is a printing plan that is based on the number of pages you print. You choose a monthly plan based on your print volume needs: color, black and white, and photos all print for one monthly cost. And instead of having to remember to buy replacement cartridges, your printer does the work for you through an intelligent ink- and toner-level monitoring feature that tracks the remaining amount of ink or toner and orders it before you run out.

Brother Refresh EZ Print Subscription Service costs vary based on the subscription type you choose. Brother Refresh EZ Print Subscription Service customers have the benefit of never having to visit a retail store for replacement ink or toner cartridges, and the plan includes free ground shipping.

Your Brother printer keeps track of your printed pages and you are kept informed about usage, so you can make sure that you’re enrolled in the plan that makes the most sense for your printing needs. In addition, your ink or toner levels are monitored by your printer to make sure you receive a new replacement cartridge before the old one runs out.

The specialized firmware on your Brother Refresh EZ Print Subscription Service printer has a built-in page counter. It tracks the number of pages – not the content – so you can ensure you’re on the best subscription plan for your needs.

Please visit the EZ dashboard and log into your account to make the following changes:

• Name, Address, Phone Number
• Password
• Shipping Address
• Credit Card Information
• Billing Address

You will receive email alerts 90, 60, and 30 days before the expiration date for the credit card saved in your Brother account.

To change your credit card details, please visit the EZ dashboard and log into your account to make these changes.

Brother’s exclusive Smart Ordering printer technology monitors your ink or toner levels to ensure you never run out! Your supply order is triggered when your printer determines that your ink/toner status is “low.”

The Brother Refresh EZ Print Subscription Service program communicates with your printer several times a day to get the most current supply levels. If we’re unable to communicate with your printer, periodic notifications will be sent to your email.

To re-establish your connection, power off your printer for one full minute, then power it back on.

Once we receive your cancellation request, we’ll cancel your Brother Refresh EZ Print Subscription Service immediately. Your billing cycle will end that day, and we’ll issue a final bill and charge your account in four (4) calendar days.

Your payment method will be charged in full for your last billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided for Service Plan Pages or Rollover Pages that you did not print during that last billing cycle prior to cancellation. Removing the Subscription Program Cartridges from your printer, not printing, and/or not connecting your printer to the Internet does not cancel your Subscription Service or otherwise stop the Billing Cycles.

Before you cancel, please make sure that you have non-subscription cartridges ready to install in your Brother printer. The Refresh Subscription Program cartridges in your printer will stop working immediately upon cancellation.
