Brother’s exclusive printer technology monitors your ink/toner levels and automatically orders more for you when you need it. Before each automatic ink/toner shipment, you'll receive an email alerting you to the upcoming order. Not ready to receive your order? No problem. You'll have 24 hours to cancel an automatic order before it ships.

Refresh cartridges contain more ink and toner than traditional cartridges and are sent when your printer senses it’s running low on ink or toner - there is no set schedule. For reset instructions, select your printer on the Brother Solutions Center.
After your printer is reset, register it under your own (or a new) Brother account.

I’m seeing “Error! Sorry, we could not create your account. Please try again.”  Please use the same Brother User Name and Password if you already have a Brother account with Brother USA. 
 You may need to reset your Password. To do so, please click Forgot your Password? I see an Error Message on the printer's LCD when I try to register  Incorrect PIN: Please click the refresh arrow button in Brother's registration window to generate a new Registration PIN Code and enter the new PIN Code on your printer.  Incorrect date/time: Visit the Brother Solutions Center for instructions to change your printer to the current date/time. 
Internet Connection error: Please make sure that your printer is connected to the Internet. For instructions, see your printer’s guide on the Brother Solutions Center.  Wait for the Registration process to finish: Please make sure your printer displays the current date and time, and your printer's firmware is up to date. For instructions, see your printer’s guide on the Brother Solutions Center. Device Already Registered: Please check that your printer is not registered with either a Refresh Subscription Service or Amazon Smart Reorders Service.

Yes! You can pause the Reordering Service at any time. During that time, no automatic orders will be shipped.

Cancel the Service: You can cancel the Reordering Service anytime via your Reordering Account Dashboard or by contacting support at (855) 225-7215 Monday-Friday 9am-9pm ET. Cancel an automatic Ink/Toner shipment but stay enrolled in Service: Before each automatic ink/toner shipment, you will receive an email alerting you beforehand. You have 24 hours to cancel an automatic order before it ships. You have two ways to cancel it: Click the link in the email you receive 24 hours prior to each ink/toner shipment Click the link in the email you receive 24 hours prior to each shipment, or login directly to your Reordering Account Dashboard. Click My Account in the toolbar at top. Then click View Order History/Track an Order. Click View Details in the Order Details column. If the order was generated within the last 24 hours and has not yet shipped, you can cancel it by clicking Cancel Order.
