"SEW SPECIAL" SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

By entering the "Sew Special" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"), you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Brother International Corporation ("Brother" or "Sponsor"), which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on September 4, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer and Instagram's records are the official timekeeping devices for the Sweepstakes.

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Residents of U.S. territories are not eligible. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor; its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates; participating retailers and dealers; its advertising and promotion agencies; and any other entity involved in developing or administering the Sweepstakes, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, and sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of residence) and household members of each, are not eligible. Void in U.S. territories, and where prohibited or restricted by law. Sponsor may verify an entrant's eligibility at any time.

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the designated "Sew Special" Sweepstakes post on the @brothersews Instagram account and post a comment answering the question: "What inspired you to start sewing?" The comment must be posted directly in response to the designated Sweepstakes post during the Sweepstakes Period and must remain visible until at least October 9, 2026. Comments submitted through Instagram Stories, direct messages, or other posts do not qualify.

The response will not be judged on creativity, writing quality, or any other criterion and will not affect an entrant's chances of winning. No purchase, ownership or use of a Brother product, or creation or posting of a photo or video, is required to enter or win. An entrant's Instagram account does not need to be public, but the entry comment must be visible to Sponsor.

Limit one entry per person and Instagram account. If more than one entry is submitted by the same person or account, only the first eligible entry received will be accepted. Entries submitted through multiple accounts, by another person, or through automated means are void. Normal internet or mobile-data charges may apply.

Each entry must be truthful, responsive to the entry question, and submitted by the entrant. An entry must not contain material that is unlawful, unsafe, hateful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, misleading, or otherwise inconsistent with Sponsor's brand values, as determined by Sponsor in its reasonable discretion. Sponsor may disqualify nonresponsive, duplicate, automated, or otherwise noncompliant entries.

On or about October 1, 2026, Sponsor or its designated administrator will randomly select two potential winners from all eligible entries received. Entries will not be judged. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Two prizes are available. Each winner will receive one Brother CS7205 Computerized Sewing Machine with Wide Table. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of each prize is $289.99; the total ARV of all prizes is $579.98. Limit one prize per person and household.

Prizes are nontransferable and may not be redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. If an advertised prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Actual prize details may differ from promotional images. Each prize is subject to the standard written warranty, if any, accompanying the product. Sponsor makes no other warranty regarding a prize. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses not expressly included in these Official Rules.

Sponsor will attempt to notify each potential winner on or about October 2, 2026, by Instagram direct message from @brothersews. Sponsor may also reply to the potential winner's entry comment directing the potential winner to check their Instagram messages. Entrants are responsible for monitoring their Instagram direct messages and message requests. Sponsor will never require payment or request banking, credit-card, or account-password information to award a prize.

A potential winner must respond within 48 hours after Sponsor sends the direct message and must provide a valid mailing address and any information or documents Sponsor reasonably requires to verify eligibility, award the prize, or comply with law. A potential winner will forfeit the prize and may be disqualified if the potential winner cannot be contacted; does not respond within 48 hours; fails to provide requested information or documents on time; is ineligible; declines the prize; or if the notification or prize is returned as undeliverable. Sponsor may then randomly select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor expects to ship each prize within four to six weeks after winner verification.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, each entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor, Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, service providers, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or injuries arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, except to the extent such release is prohibited by law.

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner's name, Instagram handle, city and state of residence, likeness, voice, biographical information, and prize information for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation, notice, or approval. Sponsor may require a separate written publicity release before making such use.

Sponsor may disqualify any person who Sponsor determines, in its reasonable discretion, has violated these Official Rules; submitted false information; tampered with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes; used fraud, automation, or deception; or acted in a disruptive, abusive, threatening, or unsportsmanlike manner. Any attempt to deliberately damage an account or platform or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Released Parties are not responsible for private, deleted, unavailable, hidden, or otherwise undiscoverable comments; lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, or undeliverable entries or communications; incorrect information caused by an entrant or by equipment or programming associated with the Sweepstakes; or technical, network, platform, computer, human, or other errors. If fraud, technical failure, an Instagram outage or change, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or another circumstance impairs the integrity, security, fairness, administration, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if feasible, select winners by random drawing from eligible, non-suspect entries received before the impairment.

If a dispute arises regarding the identity of an entrant, the entrant will be deemed to be the natural person assigned to the Instagram account used to enter. Sponsor may require proof that a potential winner is the authorized account holder.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, each entrant completely releases Instagram from responsibility for the Sweepstakes to the fullest extent permitted by law. Entrants provide their information to Sponsor, not to Instagram. Any Instagram account used in connection with the Sweepstakes must comply with Instagram's terms and policies. Questions, comments, or complaints concerning the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor and not to Instagram.

Sponsor will use personal information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, communicate with potential winners, fulfill prizes, announce verified winners, and comply with applicable law, in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://www.brother-usa.com/privacy-policy. Any consent to receive future marketing communications must be presented separately and is not required to enter or win.

Except where prohibited by law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of an entrant or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal proceeding arising from the Sweepstakes must be brought individually, and not as part of a class or representative action, in a state court located in Somerset County, New Jersey, or in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. To the fullest extent permitted by law, an entrant's recovery is limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering the Sweepstakes, and the entrant waives any claim for attorneys' fees and punitive, incidental, consequential, or other damages.

These Official Rules will be available through the link identified in the @brothersews Sweepstakes promotional materials during the Sweepstakes Period. On or about October 9, 2026, after verification, Sponsor expects to announce the verified winners' Instagram handles in an @brothersews Instagram Story and save it as a Story Highlight for at least three months. The announcement may be delayed until both winners have been verified.
