When you purchase a Brother INKvestment Tank printer you get a durable, reliable all-in-one inkjet printer along with all of the ink you need to print bright, vivid color and sharp black and white prints. INKvestment Tank inkjet printers use reengineered, expanded capacity ink cartridges along with an internal ink storage tank (within the printer) to help minimize the need for ink cartridge replacement. INKvestment Tank printers deliver up to 1-year of ink in-box¹ without the need to change cartridges. INKvestment Tank XL models provide up to 2-years of ink in-box.2 All INKvestment Tank printers feature the Brother Page Gauge,³ a convenient, visual, numerical way to know the amount of ink you’ve used and the amount of ink you have remaining. INKvestment Tank all-in-one inkjet printers enable you to print, copy, scan and fax in one streamlined device.

INKvestment Tank inkjet printers features Front-Loaded Tank Technology using clean, familiar cartridges that have been reengineered to hold more ink than ever before. INKvestment Tank cartridges work with the printer’s internal ink storage tank to minimize the need for cartridge replacement. The advantage of the INKvestment Tank cartridge system is that there are never any messy refills to deal with. Simply remove the empty ink cartridge, snap in a replacement and you’re all set.

Yes, INKvestment Tank printers come with 4 cartridges in the box to provide up to one year1 of convenient, worry-free printing. The XL models include either 4 or 8 cartridges in the box and deliver up to 2-years of printing.2

The short answer here is, No. INKvestment Tank ink cartridges have been designed to work only with specific INKvestment Tank inkjet printers and are not compatible with Brother non-INKvestment Tank devices. In addition, not all INKvestment Tank cartridges will work with every INKvestment Tank printer. Please be sure to check the INKvestment Tank cartridge refill replacement number for compatibility with your INKvestment Tank printer.

XL indicates that the INKvestment Tank inkjet printer model comes with enough ink to provide up to two years of printing without the need to replace ink cartridges.2 This eliminates the worry about running out of ink for up to two years and provides truly uninterrupted printing, exceptional savings and super convenience.
