Make a Splash at Your Next Pool Party with Satin Ice

Our friends over at Satin Ice have come up with a pool party banner that is sure to make a splash!

You will need:

ScanNCut, assorted color paper, glue, string, hole puncher,

Pick a fun color paper for the cupcake wrappers!

For the banner, there are 3 svg files with letters and bubbles. I used a different color paper for each set, in order to vary the color combos on the banner. I glued the letters on and used the hole punch to string the rope through each bubble.

Remember, with the exception of the cupcake holders and the banner, everything else is fondant!
