This Southwest pillow was created by welding together a few of the simple shapes that are built-in to the ScanNCut machine. For this particular design, we chose a square and two trapezoids. Using the stylus, we arranged the shapes to overlap at the top and bottom and then selected “weld.”
Tip: The “weld” function is permanent. We recommend saving your draft before you weld your designs together just in case you want to revert to the original shapes.

Once you have welded your design, you simply duplicate and then resize the object to create a beautiful nested layout.
Tip: Don’t forget to cut one shape at a time!
