Select the perfect woven material and serge or sew the scarf edgesThen, create iron on vinyl glitter snowflakes as the perfect embellishment! You can do this by using a built-in pattern, and also scanning in one that comes as a bonus from SVGCuts in the package of heat applied vinyl.

• Serger Machine & Thread
• ScanNCut Glitter Heat Applied Vinyl Package or Roll of Silver Glitter Heat Applied Vinyl
• 10” x 70” Woven Cotton Flannel
• Sewing Machine & Thread (optional)
• Fabric Trim (optional)
