Create Your Own Christmas Stockings

Brother Sews Ambassador   I just love holiday sewing! Home sewn holiday decor is a fun way to add color to your decor for any season. With Christmas just around the corner, I’m always excited to add to my decorations with new holiday sewing projects. Today, I have a fun video sewing tutorial to show you how to sew a basic stocking PLUS three ways to embellish it. The video will show you how to create the basic stocking, and then you can decide if you want to add some additional accents. I will show you how to add a faux fur cuff, an embroidered top, or a pom pom trim for a variety of DIY Christmas stockings   Supplies Needed:

• Brother Sewing machine
  {I used the LB5000}
• Fat Quarters of Christmas Fabric
• Free Stocking Template {print here}

Optional items:

• Pom pom trim
• Embroidery thread
• Faux fur
