How do I change the Margin of the label?

1. Press the Label function key to display the Label attributes menu.

2. Press the Up or the Down arrow key until the setting for the Cut Option is highlighted on the display.

There are four cut options:

Large Margin # The label will have a one-inch left and right margin.

Small Margin # The machine will automatically cuts off a piece of blank tape before printing the label, and then cuts the tape after the label is printed. The label will have a 0.16 inch left and right margin.

Chain # The machine will automatically cuts off a piece of blank tape before printing the label. Each label is cut, but the last label printed remains in the machine. The machine does not cut off the label until there is another label to be print or until the Feed&Cut keyis pressed (Shift and Preview keys). The label will have a 0.16 inch left and right margin. Note: The Chain option will save tape when printing multiple labels.

No Cut # Use this setting to print a strip of labels with a 0.31 inch gap between each label (no cuts in between). The machine will feeds about 1 inch tape before it begin to print. After the label is printed, it remains in the machine until the Feed&Cut key is pressed (Shiftand Preview keys).

3. Press the Left or the Right arrow key until the desire margin settingis highlighted.

4. Press the Enter or the OK key to apply the setting.
