Description of Problem 100000022320
How do I duplex or booklet print in Windows? How do I turn duplex or booklet print off?

Description of Solution 200000028377

The machine can automatic duplex or booklet print if the print media is 16 lb to 28 lb plain paper and letter or legal size.

NOTE: Automatic duplex or booklet printing on print media heavier than 28 lb will cause smears and excessive paper curling.

-      If the print media is within 16 lb to 28 lb plain paper and letter or legal size, continue to Automatic Duplex or Booklet Printing.

-      If the print media is not 16 lb to 28 lb plain paper and letter or legal size, you can manual duplex print by loading the paper one sheet at a time in the manual feed slot.  Continue to Manual Duplex or Booklet Printing.
