I cannot communicate with my RJ4030/RJ4040. What can I do?

1.    Verify that there is no error condition on the printer. 

a.    The paper is loaded into the printer.

b.    The Bluetooth or Wi-Fi indicator is not flashing.

2.    Verify that the Bluetooth or that the Wi-Fi indicator is on steady.

3.    If the consumer is using a new computer, verify that they followed the instructions in the user’s guide for installation of the software. (Page 8 for the RJ4030; Page 10 for the RJ4040)

Transfer the call to BMS if the failure has not been corrected.
