Good but poor human interface

It does every well but the human interface is not at all intuitive. I need to go to the manual too often.

Very Satisfactory
September 24, 2013
By Ostegaard from Washington State
This all-in-one actually does much more than we need, but what we do use has produced excellent results. The wireless connection is good, copies are consistently excellent, we have never had a paper jam, it prints labels without any trouble. Initially we had to have the 7860 share a phone line with voice. It had no problems recognizing the difference between voice and fax. There is not quite as much versatility in copying for booklets as I would like, but we have figured out a way to do what we need.

very easy machine to use.
September 22, 2013
By tabby1 from Shoemakersville Pa.
The machine is a simple machine all around to use. I hope it will hold up to time! The upper tray is flimsy when lifting to scan from the deck, otherwise I'm happy with it. The fax has issues if you have a multiple faxes that share the same line. And issue Brother can not seem to fix! Toner useage seem good so far.

Brother products are my favorite
September 20, 2013

My primary usage at present is copy function. I like the responsiveness. I look to make it my primary printer when my Brother HL 5240 stops.
