Slightly disappointed
March 6, 2013

The functions of the printer are excellent for the price, however, try as I might, I cannot get it to connect to my Verizon FIOS wireless router. All of my other devices, (iPad, Blackberry, wireless controller, etc.) all run without a problem. When I go to configure the printer either through the LCD screen or the computer CD-ROM it comes back with an error T02 indicating that it cannot find the wireless router. The USB connection works perfectly. If I get this working wirelessly, then the printer would be a great value for it's price.

Worst Printer Ever

Do not buy this product. I done everything according to instructions. Spent the extra money and used the proper ink, no knock-offs, and yet after investing $45 in high yield ink cartridges claiming i'll get 600 copies i'll be lucky to muster 60. I'm not printing high end ink intensive pictures. I'm printing out recipes & a weekly 1 page stat sheet, that's it. Already less than 2 months after purchasing this ink the ink level is out on cyan, with magenta & yellow not far behind. This is not an isolated event it has been going on since i purchased this piece of junk. Also ZERO stars for the online help, all I got was some generic stock answer. ZERO stars for calling in and talking to a human being, same generic answers. Funny thing was when I called a repair shop inquiring about what I could do about this the person said "Don't buy another Brother printer" and was serious about it.

Very Satisfied

Purchased to replace an older, 'other brand' All-In-One. This model is half the size of the older model I had, has wireless and auto feed features which I didn't have, plus the fax, scan and copy functions work faster and with higher quality than I expected.
