I bought the HL2270DW a few months ago and I am very pleased. I use it in my home and not a business.
I really like the duplex because I do a lot of booklets and need the two sided printing. It is automatic and works very well.
The networking feature works great also. No problems.
This is an excellent printer for the money and I would buy another. In my opinion is cheaper to operate over an ink jet.

I purchased the printer in December. I love the specs, but the printer is really loud and kept dimming my lights whenever it was on. In January the printer kept showing me the paper out error, when the paper tray was full. After several tries, I gave up. In February, I plugged it in again and it worked. Nothing was done-it just rested. At the end of February, I received the DRUM error. Very disappointing.

It works so well that we purchased another one to give to a friend who was spending a fortune in black ink and paper the duplex is flawless.
