I love my printer. Never jams, never has mechanical problems of any kind, and provides the most inexpensive printer forms I have ever used.

Really cool product. So far so good. Love the wifi connection feature.Lightweight and works very well. So far i'm happy with my printer.

Great little printer

This printer has some really nice features. It is an all-in-one with fax and scanner as well as printer. We really haven't used the extra features very much, but they have come in handy for the few times we've needed them. We like having separate ink cartridges for red, yellow and cyan rather than a single color cartridge. The wireless capability is really nice and has worked very well. I would probably give it five stars had not our initial all-in-one not started jamming about 11 months after we got it. Brother finally had us send it back as it was under warranty and sent us another refurbished one of the same model. It has worked well except for a time when it mysteriously went offline and I got outside tech support to fix the problem. However, I'm pretty sure this was a Windows issue and not the printer's fault.

I've spent more on ink than I spent on the printer. You can't just print in black and white. If any of the color cartridges are empty you are back to the store. I only print in black and white so I have no idea how they even get low. After one 3x5 fast print pic on plain paper, and 6 black and white prints, about 1/6 of yellow is gone!
