SA125 1/4" Piecing Foot

For quilt and patchwork piecing with 1/4" or 1/8" seam allowances. Using the center needle, straight stitch position, the right front edge of this foot provides a guide for creating even ¼-inch seams for quilts, doll clothes and heirloom sewing projects. When using the left side of the foot as a guide, an 1/8-inch seam is created.

SA193 Candlewicking Foot

Add a beautiful, decorative touch resembling handsewn ‘knotted’ candlewicking to embellish pillows, table linens, bed linens, and clothing, or to stitch down appliqué shapes or ribbons. This candlewicking foot has a specially formed, deep tunnel on the underside, which allows the raised candlewicking stitches to pass under the foot easily, and helps prevent unwanted pressure on your finished stitches. Ideal not only for candlewicking stitches, but for other raised or 3-dimensional stitches, and for sewing with heavier cotton threads. For Use With: BC1000, CE4000, CE5000PRW, CE5500PRW, CE8080PRW, CP6500, CP7500, CS80, CS100T, CS5055PRW, CS6000i, CS8150, CS8060, CS6000T, CS8072, Duetta® 4500D, ES2000, EX660, HE120, HS1000, Innov-ís 40,

SA129 Free Motion Foot, clear

This clear plastic foot raises and lowers with the needle to allow fabric to be moved between stitches and to hold fabric in place while stitches are created. Screw on clear plastic foot has markings for easy reference. Requires Low Shank Adapter for ULT/PC series. Also known as a Darning Foot and may be used as a free motion foot.

SA132 Quilting Guide

The adjustable guide can be used to sew parallel rows at preset even intervals. Slide straight bar into the hole of the presser foot ankle or walking foot (equipped with a mounting hole). The distance from the needle may be adjusted by sliding the guide from left to right.

SA140 Walking Foot, 7mm

The walking foot is a moving feed system that holds and moves fabric between the presser foot's upper feed dog and the machine's lower feed dogs to better control difficult fabrics as well as multiple layers of fabric. The walking foot is great for sewing when matching prints or plaids or when fabric drift is an issue or quilting.

Brother® offers several Walking Feet which differ for the width of the feed dogs, shank height, etc. Please check your manual or the machine listings on this website to find the correct Walking Foot to fit your machine. Walking Feet are not for use in reverse or side to side sewing as well as some built-in stitches that include other than forward movement of the feed dogs.

SA156 Bobbins, clear plastic, 10-pack, 11.5 size

High Quality Clear Plastic Bobbins, 7/16" deep. Security notch for consistent bobbin thread winding. 10 bobbins per pack.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great machine, but gets dusty easily. This is the fifth machine I've had in the last decade, and I LOVE it, overall. I've used it for loads of materials, and its been very versatile. The one downfall is that spacing is a little big, leading to compartments, and I sew many materials, including burlap which is pretty dusty. The dust goes into the machine too easily and I get warning lights frequently. Otherwise, great though.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Hand Wheel Stuck after 1 yr I love this model, but after 1 year 3 months, just after the Parts and Labor Warranty expired, the hand wheel got stuck. Had to send it in for repair. I have found that the fancy stitches are not consistent overall. It's hard to sew with thicker fabrics. This model is also quite similar with the Designio series. Why is Brother marketing similar products under different models?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great machine I've had this particular machine for about 6 months now and love it. I'm putting together my first real quilt and it has been a dream to use. I've had Brother Machines for the past 30 years or so and this one is the easiest by far to use. I haven't had a problems with it and if the threads get tangled, it 's my fault, not the machines. The instructions were clear and the DVDS that came with it was very helpful. I've been thinking of buying a second machine because I like this one so much and before the price goes up or it is discontinued.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome trave class machine I bought this machine a couple years ago as a companion machine to my espire to use for travel and classes. It has done everything I ask of it and does it well. great straight stitch for quilting. I have pieced many quilting projects on this. I now have my dreambaby the VM6200D but I still use this one for travel and classes as it is so portable and the stitch quality on it was better than some other brands that were way money. Great buy for your money. Good beginner and starter machine as well. Also good to have as backup. I got mine from walmart and never have had one single problem with it and have put its through its paces

Rated 2 out of 5 by from the jury is still out This particular machine was a gift to me. I have longed for a new machine for awhile now. My dinosaur fianally and totally died right before I am to make my kids wedding dresses. I "thought" perfect timing. This machines manual just doesn't make sense. The pics and descriptions are hard to follow. The pencil type drawings of parts, hard to match up. Ive had brother machines for years. And have been relatively pleased. This one however, Im dreading the wedding dress. Hopefully I can at least get a straight stitch out of it to do the dresses. Sewing is supposed to be fun not stressful. Wish manufacturers would realize that

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not pleased I got my first machine about 18 months ago. It had a warranty for 2 years. Went to Walmart and they gave me another. I have had the new one 6 weeks and it seems to have the same problem. The top thread gets tangled in the bobbin case. Makes ugly loopy stitches that have to be cut out. I am looking for another machine. I have many brother machine feet and accessories so I guess I am stuck with a brother machine. My nice relaxing hobby is really stressing me out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing: Love it! SQ9050 Machine. Never had a Brother & Never had a Computerized Machine.
Date published: 2013-06-11
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ok machine I bought this machine for the embroidery letters it said on the box. It only does one style of capital letters and they are only 1/4" high. Not good enough for me. Otherwise the machine seemed ok.
