I love the scanning function which is why I bought it. It is easy to use, once you practice a bit. I have been using it constantly and find more uses for it everyday.

I am new to this machine!
The machine works pretty well on the few projects I have tried. I have experienced difficulty cutting fabric, but I only made one attempt. The only place to buy supplies is at the sewing store and their stock is limited. I usually go to the other two craft stores. This is a drawback. However, I owned a Cricut and did not like the expense and limitation of having to buy the cartridges and being limited to the cartridge content for that machine. I do like the ScanNCut canvas and would like to see ... read more more projects there.

    A dream come true
Finally got a Scan N Cut after eyeing it for over a year. Love it. Have not cut fabric with it yet, but intend to use it to cut applique patterns for my machine embroidery. Did use it to make some Christmas gifts using vinyl and card stock for ornaments. I knew I would love it when I first saw it. Being able to scan the material into the background to see where to cut your design let's you use up every bit of the paper/fabric.

    luv my new cutting machine
I bought this on hsn. payments are affordable. I use for my quilting. cuts r so precise and sharp. I hated cutting pieces because they did not come out right. I would like to add designs to this so I hope they come out with more designs to transfer to machine.

    Still Learning
I bought this to cut out stamped images and I have managed to learn to do this. A friend is a Brother Scan'n'Cut pro and she has been nice enough to show more of what it can do, but haven't been done a lot more with it. Don't regret buying it.

    So far, so good ...
I haven't had a chance to, really, use it, yet; however, I did set it up, Bluetooth, and all, without any, real, problems. It was very easy to do; and the directions were easy to follow. The directions for connecting the iPad, and computer, though, were a little confusing; however, I eventually, figured it all out. The wording, on the paper instructions that came with the machine, also, need to be larger; especially, for older people, or people with vision problems. I did complete a test cut; ... read more and it went very smoothly. Yes, so far, I love the ScanNCut2 ... and am very happy with my Christmas gift, that I bought, for myself. LOL

    Better than Cricut
Have had Cricuts for years, decided to switch when Cricut precision cutting was not meeting my standards. Saw the video with the scan and cut feature and intricacy of the designs and was sold in an instant. It is nosier than the Cricut but that is a small price to pay for all the features and quality of scanning and cutting. Love it! Love it!
