1. Open side cover
and check the installation of the batteries. The top three batteries
should be inserted with their "+" POSITIVE ends pointing toward the top edge of
the machine and the bottom three batteries should be inserted with their "+"
POSITIVE ends pointing toward the bottom edge of the machine.
2. If the batteries
are inserted correctly, try replacing all six “AAA” batteries, NOT just
two or three batteries.
