good purchase

It works well with a small business entity. It seems to be "LOUD" when printing and you place it near the operator's desk.

Scan operation does not work correctly sometimes.

It does a very good print job.

WRINKLE PAPER
July 23, 2015
By RONLTM from Vancouver WA
This printer will wrinkle paper right in the middle of the job. The first one I bought started to wrinkle paper so I took it back bought another one just like it and it did the same thing so I took it back I will not buy another one until you improve it.

Good, but....

Like the speed, duplex printing, crisp text print quality & ease of set-up with wireless network.
But, now the MFC-8810DW machine has developed a solid line going down any documents that are copied or scanned using the document feeder. That pretty much wipes out any benefit using the document feeder.

Very nice

Good value for the money. I have (and had) several other Brother printers and all -in- ones and they all have been very good.

The only very minor issue with this machine is that it is noisy.
