Offering fast print speeds and outstanding output quality, the HL-4040CDN makes it easy to quickly produce color reports, brochures, and presentations right from your desktop. The printer also features an automatic duplex capability for printing professional quality two-sided documents. And to keep your running costs low, the HL-4040CDN uses high capacity replacement toner cartridges‡.

Main Features

• Fast color output. With a print speed up to 21ppm in both color and black, you no longer have to wait for brilliant color output.
• Easily print two-sided documents. Using the duplex printing feature, you can reduce your printing costs and produce professional looking two-sided documents, presentations and brochures.
• USB Direct Interface. Print PDF and JPEG files directly from a USB flash memory drive without connecting to your PC. Connect directly to any PictBridge-enabled digital camera to print pictures without first downloading them to a PC.
• High capacity replacement toner cartridges. Spend less time replacing supplies and reduce operating costs with high yield replacement toner cartridges. (TN-115 Series sold separately)
• Built-in Networking. Share the HL-4040CDN with everyone on your network via its built-in Ethernet network interface.
• Flexible paper handling. Handles letter/legal size paper and envelopes via a 300-sheet input capacity‡. This printer arrives with an adjustable, 250-sheet capacity lower paper tray and a 50-sheet capacity multi-purpose tray.‡
