Overview

The versatile design of this fax machine incorporates both a flatbed and automatic document feed for faxing and copying either single sheets or bound documents. Black or color faxing, as well as fast color copying applications are handled efficiently with this compact, low profile model.

  • Handles black or color fax and copy needs. The versatility of Brother’s color inkjet technology expands traditional fax functionality, allowing you to make vibrant color copies or even to send and receive color faxes.
  • Unique flatbed fax design. In a departure from traditional fax design, this model incorporates a flatbed document glass, as well as a traditional auto document feed, enabling users to fax or copy both single sheets and bound documents.
  • 16MB memory. Stores up to 300 fax pages‡ if the machine runs out of paper or ink while unattended. It can also be used to store multiple fax documents that can be transmitted sequentially, as soon as the line is free.
  • Fast, convenient color copying. The added value of color copying makes the IntelliFax-2480C an ideal solution when space is limited and a single device incorporating fax, phone and copying capability represents a compelling value.
  • Dual access capability. Fax throughput and office productivity are enhanced by scanning faxes into memory while the machine is busy. Users can return to work, confident that their faxes will be transmitted as soon as the line is free.
