Brother™ P-touch EDGE® handheld label makers are rugged, reliable devices that print durable, laminated serialized and barcode labels up to 24mm wide on demand; models are available that allow you to download and store data from common databases for use in labels printed in the field.
Interchangeable tape cassettes.
Durable labels are produced from easy-swap tape TZ and TZe cassettes that allow you to change colors, sizes, and adhesive types in seconds. Since the cassettes are interchangeable in all Brother™ P-touch® and P-touch EDGE® labeler models that accept the same maximum tape width, the same TZ and TZe tapes you may already be using in your department for general all-purpose office labeling with other TZ and TZe-compatible P-touch labelers can also be used in these devices.
Wide variety of colors, sizes and adhesive types available.
TZ and TZe tapes are available in a wide array of colors, and in widths from 3.5mm up to 36mm. A variety of adhesive type are available as well: Flexible ID, for wrapping and flagging wires and cables, and for rounded items; Extra-strength, for rough textured surfaces; Standard – for flat, smooth surfaces; and Tamper-evident, that leaves a permanent tell-tale pattern if the label is repositioned or removed.
