We’re committed to growing and maintaining a diverse and inclusive culture. To do this, we have created employee-centric diversity initiatives and employee resource groups (ERGs), and provide support within the community.
Our Employee Resource Groups
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) make the unique aspects of DEI more tangible to everyone, contribute to a culture of curiosity and engagement,personify our Shared Values, and align with our Strategic Culture Drivers. Brother’s ERGs share the following missions:
To promote, encourage, and develop Latin Culture at Brother and within our community, by providing resources that foster an environment of empowerment and inclusion.
To advocate for LGBTQ+ employees, communities, and customers, with the goal of increasing awareness, creating resources, helping to inform internal practices, fostering an inclusive culture, and expanding Brother’s outreach.
To help cultivate an inclusive environment that supports and encourages women to advance their skills and leadership potential through mentorship, collaboration, and discussion.
To empower and encourage elevating Black American voices to connect, engage, and collaborate within team settings in efforts to advance more inclusive and diverse perspectives within the organization.
Brother executives acknowledge the fact that as the world changes, global needs change as well and we are ready to adapt to them.
