Brother International Corporation ("Brother") extends a 30-day Return/Exchange Policy for all products purchased directly from Brother. View our full return policy

Your refund will be initiatied once we receive and inspect your return. Please allow up to 15 business days to complete inspection. Once completed, you will receive email confirmation of your refund. Please note, refunds can only be issued back to the original form of payment and may take up to 30 days to reflect in your account.

To receive a complete refund, all items must be returned, including any promotional (gift with purchase, buy one get one, etc.) or bundle items. Brother International Corporation (""Brother"") reserves the right to deny refunds for any returns that have been tampered with, have missing parts and/or have not been received or inspected by our warehouse.
