Trunnion-type fixture with a swing diameter of 500 mm can be installed to enable multi-face machining for vehicle large parts, such as transmissions and cylinder heads.
Enhanced rigidity and heat expansion compensation achieves spindle speed of 8,000 min-1 and roundness of 5 μm (dia. 80 mm)

- Improved difference in rigidity in the X and Y-axes directions of the spindle head and column.

Built-in PLC function (optional)
A PLC system designed specifically for the Taping Center NC is built into the NC, eliminating burdensome settings between the NC and the PLC.
Note: Optional ‘PLC programming software’ is required to edit or monitor ladder programs on a PC.
